Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information handled by Mabril, the guest-service and revenue product available at getmabril.com. It covers property managers who create an account, people they invite to their workspace, and guests who open a stay link shared with them by a property manager.

Throughout this notice, "MABRIL" and "the service" mean the product provided at getmabril.com.

• Manager account information - name, email address, password credentials held by our authentication provider, and the business name you choose.
• Property and stay operational information - property details, essentials such as Wi-Fi and check-in information you enter, stay dates and stay status.
• Guest messages and requests - messages a guest sends through a stay link, questions escalated to the property team, and replies sent back by the manager.
• Service, request and approval information - the services you configure, requests created from them, approved amounts and booked revenue records.
• Workspace and member information - workspace membership, roles and invitations you send.
• Operational email notifications - the record that a notification was created and whether an email was attempted or delivered.
• Authentication and security information - sessions, sign-in events and invitation tokens stored in a non-reversible form.
• Technical information necessary to operate the service - request data such as timestamps and error information needed to run and secure the product.

To provide the product: showing guests the information a manager entered, letting guests raise requests and questions, letting managers reply and approve, recording booked revenue, sending operational emails about pending items, and keeping accounts and workspaces secure.

• Supabase - authentication and database infrastructure.
• Resend - transactional and operational email delivery.
• Hosting infrastructure - to serve the application at getmabril.com.
• Error monitoring - a technical provider (Sentry, EU region) used solely to detect and diagnose software faults. Reports contain error details and the page address with any private link identifiers removed. It is not used for advertising, analytics or profiling, and is not enabled on guest stay pages.
• Website analytics - a technical provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) used on Mabril's public website and manager pages for basic website analytics: visits, page views, referrers and country-level information. It is cookieless and not used for advertising or profiling, and it is not enabled on guest stay pages (/s/…) or invitation pages (/invite/…).

Mabril does not use advertising trackers, does not run analytics or profiling on guest messages, and does not process payments or card data; the only analytics on the service are the basic website measurements described above.

Guests are given a stay link by their property manager. Messages a guest sends are visible to the manager and members of that workspace. Mabril does not sell guest information and does not use it to build profiles.

Account, property, stay, request and message information is retained while the workspace remains active and for as long as needed to operate the service. When a workspace is deleted, its operational information is removed from the service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export information about you, and to object to certain processing. MABRIL supports these requests: contact us from the email address on your account and we will action them.

This notice describes how the product behaves today. It is not a certification or a blanket guarantee of compliance with any specific regulation.

During Early Access this notice may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
