Terms

Mabril is a guest-service and revenue product for property managers. It shows guests information the manager entered, lets guests ask questions and request services the manager configured, lets the manager reply and approve or decline requests, and records the value of approved requests as booked revenue.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done through your account and by the people you invite into your workspace.

You decide which properties, essentials, prices and services appear to guests. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that information, for the prices you set, and for actually delivering any service a guest books. Mabril does not verify or operate your services.

Where a request requires your decision, it takes effect only when you approve it. Mabril does not guarantee that any property service is available at any particular time, and does not enforce lead times, availability windows or capacity. Timing information you enter is shown to guests as information only.

Amounts shown in Mabril are booked revenue: the value of requests you approved. They are not payments collected. Mabril does not process payments, does not hold guest funds and does not store card data. Any payment is arranged directly between you and your guest.

Do not use Mabril to break the law, to send unlawful or abusive content, to access another workspace's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without agreement.

Mabril is offered in Early Access. The product is actively developed, features may change or be removed, and availability is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime commitment.

We may add, change or discontinue functionality. Where a change materially affects how you use Mabril, we will give account holders reasonable notice.

Mabril, its software, design and brand remain ours. Your content - your properties, services, messages and records - remains yours, and you grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" during Early Access, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from services you offered or failed to deliver to a guest. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using Mabril and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

Early Access is free and no card is required. There are no automatic charges. Any future paid plan requires advance notice and your affirmative choice under the applicable agreement - see the Early Access Terms.
